What we collect, and what happens to it
Short version: we collect only what we need to cook your order or answer your question, we send it to our own kitchen inbox, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else.
What the forms ask for
- Getting in touch: your name, and an email or phone number, plus whatever you write in the message.
- Catering: name, email, phone, event date and number of guests, plus any dietary needs you tell us.
- School partnership: school name, your name and role, email, and roughly how many students.
- A school lunch order: the school, your child's name and class, your phone number, any allergies you tell us about, and the meals you picked.
- Newsletter: your email address, nothing else.
Your child's details
A lunch order includes a child's name, class and allergies. We ask for the allergy note so the kitchen can label the meal correctly — that is the only reason. It goes to the kitchen and to the school with the meal, and nowhere else. Tell us and we delete it.
Where it goes
A form sends its contents to our kitchen inbox as an email. The website itself keeps no database. Payment is handled by our ordering system, not by this site — we never see your card.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what to fix, and it runs only after you agree to it. It sets cookies and sends Google the pages you open, your approximate location from your IP address, and the kind of device you use. It is never given your name, your phone number, or anything you type into a form. If you would rather not be counted, decline the banner — your browser's “do not track” setting and most ad blockers stop it too. The fonts are served from this site, not from an outside font service. On the four pages with a form — catering, contact, school partnership and school lunch orders — the anti-robot check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address, as any server you connect to does. The photos guests attached to their Google reviews are shown straight from Google's own servers, so opening the home page asks Google for them too. None of these is given your name, your order, or anything you type.
Asking us to delete it
Call (416) 530-4352 or write to us from the contact page and ask. We will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. You can ask what we hold at any time, and there is no charge for asking.
